In the heart of Rotterdam

The parking garage provides residents of the residential tower with parking space. For the construction of the garage, we fabricated the steel structure, railings, and spiral staircases. These structures were then assembled by us on the construction site in the heart of Rotterdam.

110 tons of steel

The steel structure of the parking garage was installed in collaboration with Schot Verticaal Transport. Inside, the garage is equipped with spiral staircases, regular stairs, and railings. The railings are installed around the entrance and exit, and the stairs are located within the designated stairwells. In total, approximately 110 tons of steelwork was installed.

Facade grilles were installed on both long sides of the parking garage. These grilles feature a louvered pattern and were produced at our facility in Meppel. The louvered design gives the garage a modern appearance and ensures that parked cars remain in the shade. On the roof of the garage, we constructed a pergola—a zone consisting of beams and climbing plants, which can also be used for parking. The roof and facade cladding were installed on site by the assembly team of our sister company Kamplacon.
