Kampstaal has become a familiar name when it comes to steelwork in non-residential construction and industry. We have been supplying complex supporting structures for car parks, data centres and other non-residential buildings in the Netherlands and beyond for more than 40 years. We also produce stairs, landings and structures for our electricity network at our sites in Emmeloord and Meppel.

We possess extensive experience in the field of high-quality and complex non-residential construction and we deliver a full range. We have all the specialist expertise under one roof. In recent years, we have worked on a variety of impressive projects, including offices, schools, industrial buildings, distribution centres, carparks and data centres. We are fully committed to circular and sustainable construction. As an engaged partner, we work in a customer-oriented, innovative way and take care of the entire process; from the design and manufacturing to onsite assembly. In addition to good service and the right customised solutions, we can therefore keep guaranteeing a particularly high level of quality.

State-of-the art, advanced machinery

At Kampstaal, we are always looking for ways to improve, which is why we make ongoing investments in our machinery. As an example, last year we invested in a new FICEP Beam line. The Beam line is equipped with a blast unit, drill, saw and coping robot. These modifications to our machinery have allowed us to boost production capacity and speed considerably. In our 6,000 m2 preservation area, we apply post-production preservation techniques to give our steel products a lengthy service life.

BIM engineering

We use the advanced BIM software, which allows us to digitally develop projects in detail in three dimensions. All parties involved in the process work in the same model and with the same information. This way, everyone has a clear idea of what is happening; all information is continuously available and always up to date. Changes are also implemented everywhere immediately, and we can identify and resolve errors and imperfections promptly. By using this software, we can collaborate even more effectively with all parties and accomplish projects in digital format before putting them into practice

At Kampstaal, we value quality, safety, the environment and sustainability. To guarantee these, we commission independent certification bodies to assess our work. We hold several certifications: our ISO 9001 certificate emphasises our commitment to quality management, our VCA certificate highlights the safety standards that we maintain and the ISO 14001 certificate confirms our attention to environmental management.

We are certified Step 3 on the Safety Culture Ladder. This certificate shows how safety conscious we are and that we, as an organisation, take responsibility with regard to safe working. In addition, we are certified Step 5 on the CO2 performance ladder.
