For Attero Wilp we were commissioned to replace the old screen drum with a new one. The old screen drum served 12 years in the vegetable, fruit and garden waste composting plant and during this time the screen processed no less than 2.5 million tons of organic waste.
Installation of sieve drum
In February, the new sieve drum was transported in parts. Once it arrived on site, the drum was assembled and hoisted in via the roof in week 7. Before this new drum could be hoisted in, the old sieve drum had to be dismantled and hoisted out. In a period of one week, the old drum was removed and the new one installed by our assembly men. We look back on yet another successful collaboration with Attero!
