Equans wanted to switch to electric driving, despite transport limitations and a roof unsuitable for solar panels. That’s why we installed a special structure with solar panels, connected to charging stations and a smart energy management system.

Equans faced transport limitations but still wanted to switch to electric driving. To make this possible, we installed solar panels on a specially designed structure, as the roof was unsuitable for a standard solution. The generated solar energy is used directly to charge electric vehicles via charging stations, managed by a smart energy management system.

Thanks to this solution, charging occurs efficiently when the sun is shining, enabling the client to achieve sustainability despite the constraints of the electricity grid.

Thanks to the smart combination of solar panels, a custom-built structure, and energy management, Equans can now charge sustainably using solar energy without relying on grid reinforcement.
