Gouweleeuw B.V. prioritises sustainability. In addition to insulating its roof and installing heat recovery systems, the paint shop also opted to invest in a solar panel system. Trusteel Energy was commissioned to supply and install solar panel system at both locations of Gouweleeuw B.V.

1916 tier 1 solar panels

The solar panel systems were mounted on the roofs of the two Gouweleeuw B.V. sites in Emmeloord. All in all, we fitted a total of 1916 tier 1 solar panels, which have a total peak panel output of 785,560 Watts. In addition to the solar panels, we also supplied and installed five inverters, 6 mm PV cables and a power controller.

Scope 12 test

A SCOPE 12 test was carried out for both solar panel systems, which included a complete assessment of the system and mapping of the electrical and fire safety.
