Working safely

Working safely is of uppermost priority at the Trusteel Group – in fact, we’re always in ‘safe mode’! We commit to continuously improve awareness of safety within our organisation. We share knowledge, apply strict safety policies and motivate employees to be aware of the risks to their safety at all times. Whenever we deem it necessary, we take measures to prevent unsafe situations from occurring. Doing this allows us to reduce the number of unsafe events, helping to minimise the number of incidents (e.g. absenteeism and accidents). In addition, as a group, we consider it important that our employees are healthy, safe and find enjoyment in their work. Which is why we continue to invest in creating a safe environment.

As such, our aim is to use our steel products to create value and to exceed the expectations of our customers time and again.

Within the Trusteel Group, we design, produce and deliver high-quality projects in steel, and we have amassed many years of experience in creating bespoke solutions. We not only accomplish beautiful projects, but establish lasting relationships with our customers as well. We create trust by demonstrating to our customers that we are an experienced partner to work with. We think it important to conduct business in a way that is open and honest. We listen to our customers, make clear agreements and keep to them. Doing this allows us to build trust and lasting relationships.

A passion for steel

What drives us is our passion for technology. We are a huge fan of structural challenges in non-residential construction, infrastructure, transport and industry. From that passion we derive the enjoyment in helping our clients with their issues and challenges. We fully understand that a project starts out with a great many wishes, but there may not yet be answers to everything. That’s no problem – our constructors, engineers and project managers are happy to help our clients find solutions and turn their designs into tangible products. With that same passion, we ensure that designs come to life and that clients can benefit from a valuable solution that matches their needs.
