We are pleased to present the online annual report of TruSteel Group.  With this annual report, we report on our activities during the past financial year and share our vision for the years ahead.

Building the Future Together

2025 was a year of development, transformation and laying a strong foundation for the future for TruSteel Group. With the introduction of the new Construction, Infrastructure and Industry Business Units, important steps were taken to become more market-focused, better leverage expertise across the Group and further strengthen collaboration. 

Market conditions remained challenging throughout the year. Project start dates were postponed, decision-making processes among clients took longer, and the infrastructure and industrial markets in particular were under pressure. As a result, revenue (€106 million) and return on equity (8%) were below forecast.

At the same time, TruSteel Group maintained a strong financial position, with a solvency ratio of 55% and investments exceeding €6.4 million in machinery, equipment and organisational development. Significant progress was also made in the areas of sustainability, innovation and process improvement. In addition, the establishment of TruSteel Projects GmbH marked an important milestone in the further expansion of our activities in Germany

TruSteel Group is confident about the future

Despite geopolitical uncertainties and challenging market conditions, TruSteel Group looks to the future with confidence. Supported by a strong market position, a solid financial foundation and a well-filled order book, we have a strong platform for continued growth. Our order book remained at a high level at the end of 2025 and has been further strengthened in early 2026 with new projects across our Business Units. 

By continuing to invest in innovation, new markets and organisational development, we further strengthen our competitive position and increase our ability to deliver. Our ambition is clear: by 2030, we aim to be the leading and most preferred steel processor in the Netherlands and to rank among the top 15 players in Western Europe.
