MF Emmen is a machine constructor with around 70 employees. We operate an extensive fleet of machinery and serve customers in industries ranging from energy to food-processing technology. In this, we focus on the development and completion of effective solutions for our customers’ production processes. We have a modern and advanced machinery fleet. Our professionals will carry out any operation on your behalf with the greatest possible precision. You can request CNC lathing, carousel machining, milling, drilling, machining, cobot machining, kot machining and welding operations in our machine factory.

MF Emmen is able to provide complete solutions for customers. With a range of disciplines in house, expansive mechanical knowledge, essential certifications and qualified employees, MF Emmen is a reliable partner for every customer.
MF Emmen is the business to contact for machining work of any size. We work with an extensive fleet of high-quality machinery and skilled workers who specialise in a wide range of machining work. We can serve almost all clients, whether their project is a new-build, machinery installation, repair or (partial) overhaul. Our machine plant can handle:
CNC turning, carousel operations, milling, drilling, chipping, cobot operations and welding.
Engineering capacity
We have a specialised engineering department. Our engineers will draw up NWA drawings and make calculations and then translate these into production drawings and 3D drawings. To achieve this we use STEP files or DWG files, which we then develop further using Inventor software.
Service and maintenance
Once we have delivered our systems, we are happy to take care of their maintenance needs. We offer a number of different maintenance contracts that match your situation. Experiencing an unexpected fault? Our maintenance service, based in Emmen, is on hand in case of emergencies or faults and can be on site quickly with its extensive and skilled team of professionals.

At Machinefabriek Emmen, we set high standards for quality and aim to efficiently produce high-quality and sustainable products for our customers. We hold several certifications: our ISO 9001 certificate emphasises our commitment to quality management, our VCA certificate highlights the safety standards that we maintain and the ISO 14001 certificate confirms our attention to environmental management. We are also certified to the following standards: EN 1090-1 EXC-4, 1090-2 EXC-4, EN-ISO 3834-2. Like our other divisions, we also hold a safety certificate. We are certified according to Step 3 on the Safety Culture Ladder. In addition, we are certified Step 5 on the CO2 performance ladder.
